Which plan is right for my business?
Basic is a starting point for website conversations, with 1,000 messages per month and learning from 50 pages and 1,000 products. Standard adds 4,000 messages per month, 4,000 emails, voice notes, more channels and Webhooks / API access. Choose Pro to discuss custom message and email limits, all models and unlimited team members.
Will someone help me get started?
Yes. Our team will get in touch within 24 hours of sign-up to help you onboard, configure your agent and prepare for launch. Basic lists email onboarding available 24/7; Standard includes email and calls during working hours; Pro includes email, calls and meetings. The initial contact commitment is not a promise that setup will be completed within 24 hours.
How does billing work?
Basic is $10 USD per month and Standard is $20 USD per month. Both are billed monthly; there is no annual billing option. Pro pricing is agreed with our team based on your requirements.
Are the allowances messages or conversations?
Basic includes 1,000 messages per month and Standard includes 4,000 messages per month. These are message allowances, not a count of separate customer conversations. Pro has custom message limits agreed with our team.
Is email included?
Standard includes an allowance of 4,000 emails, and Pro has custom email limits. Basic does not include customer email sending. All three plans include email notifications. Contact us to confirm the email allowance period and sending setup for your business.
What can my agent learn from?
Basic covers 50 website pages and 1,000 products. Standard covers 100 pages and 10,000 products. Pro covers all pages and products, with the scope agreed during setup.
Which channels and models are included?
Basic includes Web and limited models. Standard includes advanced models and Web, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta. Pro includes all models and the same listed channels. Our team will help you confirm the models and channel connections for your setup.
Are voice notes, webhooks and API access included?
Voice notes and Webhooks / API access are included in Standard and Pro. They are not included in Basic.
How many people can join my team?
Basic supports 10 members, Standard supports 100 members, and Pro includes unlimited members.
